Are you a passionate and experienced SEND Teaching Assistant looking to make a real difference? A warm and inclusive primary school in Aston is seeking a dedicated TA to support pupils with higher needs in a full-time role starting in September.

This is a rewarding opportunity to work closely with children who have a range of additional needs, including nonverbal communication and complex learning profiles. You'll be an essential part of a nurturing team, helping pupils engage, communicate and thrive in a classroom environment.

Your Role:

Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with high-level SEND needs
Support children with nonverbal communication using visual aids and structured routines
Collaborate with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver personalised learning
Encourage social development and build pupil confidence
Adapt resources to meet individual needsWe're looking for someone with:

A Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning, or equivalent
Experience supporting children with SEN, particularly autism and communication needs
A calm, patient and proactive approach
Ability to follow EHCP targets and support strategies
A calm, resilient, and patient approach
