What You'll Do
Platform Engineering
Configure and extend ServiceNow across ITSM, HRSD, CSM, and onboarding
Build custom apps with JavaScript, Angular, and the Glide API
Apply GenAI, Now Assist, and Data Fabric to build intelligent, responsive solutions
UX-Focused Development
Create sleek, role-based interfaces using Next Experience UI, UI Builder, and Service Portal
Build dashboards and portals that empower users and simplify journeys
Seamless Integration
Connect ServiceNow to third-party systems (HR, CRM, eCommerce) via REST/SOAP APIs
Ensure consistent, clean data across the enterprise
Experience-Driven Workflows
Design self-service and onboarding flows that boost engagement and productivity
Use automation, analytics, and AI to enhance every touchpoint
Teamwork & Growth
Collaborate with architects, consultants, and business stakeholders
Contribute to workshops, documentation, and peer reviews
Share knowledge and keep learning - with unlimited training budget
What You Bring
Essentials
2+ years of experience building on the ServiceNow platform
Strong JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Flow Designer, and Glide API skills
Familiar with ITSM, HRSD, CSM, onboarding workflows
Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations
Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset
