Nursery Manager – Level 3 Early Years | Up to £42,000

Our client is looking for an experienced and passionate Nursery Manager to lead their beautiful, purpose-built nursery on a full-time basis (40 hours per week). What We’re Looking For

• Level 3 Early Years qualification (or higher) – essential.
• Proven Nursery Manager experience in an early years setting.
• Excellent knowledge of the EYFS, safeguarding, and Ofsted requirements.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day running of the nursery, ensuring exceptional care and education.
• Lead, support, and inspire the team to deliver a stimulating, safe, and inclusive environment.
• Oversee curriculum planning in line with the EYFS framework and the nursery’s creative learning ethos.
• Ensure compliance with Ofsted standards, safeguarding requirements, and health & safety procedures.
• Manage budgets, occupancy, and resources effectively to meet operational goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with families, staff, and external partners.
• Drive staff development through mentoring, training, and regular performance reviews.
