PPA Teacher (Guaranteed Worker Scheme)

Randstad are seeking a dedicated and experienced PPA Teacher to join our team starting in September to work across Crawley in many of our partner schools. This unique role offers the security of guaranteed work, ensuring that you will be paid even if no assignments are available*. As a PPA Teacher, you will have the opportunity to teach across a variety of year groups and subjects, providing invaluable support to our partnership schools.

*subject to a minimum of 4 day weekly availability

Role and Responsibilities of the PPA teacher:

Teach lessons based on provided planning
Mark work taught by you and provide constructive feedback
Collaborate with class teachers to ensure continuity and effective learning experiences
Foster a positive and engaging classroom environment that promotes learning
Be a reliable and flexible teacher for schools across CrawleyGuaranteed Worker Scheme:

We guarantee a set number of days of work per week* throughout the academic year
In the event that no assignments are available, you will still receive payment for the guaranteed days* Available days decided by you- minimum 4 day availability required

Requirements for the PPA teacher:

Relevant teaching experience is essential, preferably in a UK primary school setting
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent qualification
Strong understanding of the curriculum and ability to deliver engaging lessons.
Excellent classroom management skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with fellow staff members and students
Flexibility and adaptability to teach across various year groups and subjects
