Location: Irc Morton Hall Salary: £13.72-£16.57/hour Contract: Fixed-term, 37.5 hrs/week (Mon-Fri)

Join the Facilities Management team at Irc Morton Hall to maintain, repair, and install electrical systems across the estate. Ensure safety and compliance with regulations while supporting daily operations. Strong communication, time management, and basic IT skills are key.

• Inspect, test, and maintain domestic electrical installations per 17th Edition regulations

• Replace circuits, consumer units, and complete rewires

• Follow health & safety policies and statutory legislation

• Respond to management directives and rota-based callouts

• Work in both occupied and vacant properties

• Time-served apprenticeship + 2 years' experience preferred

• C&G 2391 or 2394/5, 2382, 2360/2351 (Part 2 or NVQ), 2393 (Part P desirable), 2377 (PAT Testing)

• Asbestos Awareness Training

• Full UK driving licence
