Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons aligned with the national curriculum.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that encourages active participation and personal growth.
- Monitor and assess pupil progress, offering constructive feedback and tailored support to maximise learning outcomes.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers to support each child’s academic and emotional development.
- Take part in school events, staff meetings, and ongoing professional development to continually enhance your teaching practice.
What We’re Looking For:
- PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
- Experience teaching in a primary school is preferred; strong placement experience is essential for ECTs.
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
- A proactive, flexible, and positive approach to teaching.
- A genuine passion for education and the ability to remain calm and creative—even during glitter-filled activities.
