Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons aligned with the national curriculum.
  • Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that encourages active participation and personal growth.
  • Monitor and assess pupil progress, offering constructive feedback and tailored support to maximise learning outcomes.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers to support each child’s academic and emotional development.
  • Take part in school events, staff meetings, and ongoing professional development to continually enhance your teaching practice.

What We’re Looking For:

  • PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
  • Experience teaching in a primary school is preferred; strong placement experience is essential for ECTs.
  • Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
  • A proactive, flexible, and positive approach to teaching.
  • A genuine passion for education and the ability to remain calm and creative—even during glitter-filled activities.
