They are seeking a senior-level Business Development Manager to take ownership of their outbound motion. This is not a volume-driven role; it is a high-impact "Hunter" position requiring exceptional judgement, commercial grit, and follow-through.

The Role

Working at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, and Engineering, you will design a repeatable outbound approach that prioritises lead quality over volume. You will identify and open doors within global markets—including Aerospace, Automotive, and Industrial Manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Strategy: Design and run a sophisticated prospecting approach across international markets.

Qualification: Ensure meetings are aligned with technical capabilities and real customer problems.

Conversion: Generate qualified meetings that convert into real pipeline opportunities.

Process Building: Move from one-off tactics to a documented, repeatable outbound engine.

The Requirements

We are looking for a seasoned sales professional who enjoys building structure from ambiguity.

Essential Requirements:

Proven "Hunter" Track Record: Experience running outbound prospecting as an individual contributor.

Strategic Qualification: Ability to qualify prospects based on complex use cases.

Grit & Autonomy: Ability to operate with incomplete information and stay committed.

Communication: Confident engaging both commercial and technical stakeholders.
