We are seeking a proactive and experienced Operations Manager to oversee all Food & Beverage operations within a luxury resort on the outskirts of Ipswich. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a senior team and play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences while maintaining strong commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day F&B operations across the resort
• Lead, train, and develop a high-performing team
• Maintain excellent service standards and guest experience
• Manage stock control, suppliers, and budgets
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and hygiene standards
• Support rota planning and labour cost control
• Work closely with HODs and support events

About You

• Experience in a Food & Beverage management role
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Commercially focused and results-driven
• Excellent communication and team development abilities
• Full UK driving licence and access to transport (essential)
