Spectrio is seeking a Client Care Specialist to join our team in Oldsmar, FL.
Duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Manages client expectations and assists department where needed
- Works with Account Management team to identify new opportunities and areas of growth.
- Receive and answer calls from the client or client service units in relation to client requests or questions in a friendly, professional manner.
- Encourage effective use of service package purchased by client to ensure client satisfaction.
- Foster long-term client relationships.
- Provide account support requested by sales staff.
- Monitoring, distribution, and documentation of incoming calls, outgoing emails, quality assurance calls and customer reports in CRM.
- Be an internal account champion, ensuring clear and regular communication to key Spectrio employees.
- Conduct weekly review of activities to maximize service effectiveness, monitor profitability of accounts to Spectrio, the profit of the organization and ensure clients’ satisfaction.
