Class 1 Shunter Driver

M4 Recruitment is currently recruiting for Class 1 Shunter driver for an ongoing role based in Colnbrook, Slough

Must have Class 1 Licence for a minumum of 2 years

Class 1 Shunter Driver Job Description

-Delivering/ collecting trailers and units to and from garages for MOT testing. Pre-plate testing etc

-Moving trailers and tractor units within one depot. 40 - 80 shunts per day.

-You must have excellent communication skills.

Class 1 Shunter Driver Requirements

* HGV Class 1 license with CPC and Tacho card qualifications.

* Level D Certificate is must (Company can help to set this up for you)

* Full 5 year employment history with references.

* No more than 3 points against your license.

* Current Valid DBS with no disqualifying conviction;

* Flexibility as the shifts may vary each week;

Pay rate is £18.25 - £20.75 per hour PAYE

Shift pattern - Friday - Monday

Friday - 0300 - 14:00

Saturday - 04:00 - 17:00

Sunday - 04:00 - 13:00

Monday - 03:00 - 14:00

Breaks - 07:30am - 08:30am
