Salary: £10.00 - £10.50/hour

We are currently looking for an experienced Shipping Administrator to join an international engineering manufacturer who supply their bespoke products on a global basis, providing ongoing training, development and career progression.

The company have been established for over 20 years and provide a well organised working environment. They are looking for an experienced Shipping Administrator to join the team on a temporary to permanent basis.

Key responsibilities for the Shipping Administrator role:

Coordinate Finish goods delivery product orders for shipment
Liaise with Customer Service
Booking timely Transports
Assist on cost-reduction and process-improvement logistic opportunities
Arrange forwarders /containers to collect all customer orders when ready
Produce and distribute all paper work need for goods issue and custom purposes
Transportation Location Tracking
Document control
Support other areas of the business when required
Goods preparation
Booking Goods Inward on the AX systemShipping Administrator Specification:

· Excellent attention to detail
· Keen eye for accuracy
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work as part of a team

Benefits for the Shipping Administrator:

In return the Shipping Administrator will receive a starting rate of £10.00-£10.50ph dependant on experience, working days Monday to Friday, 35.5 hours per week, with permanent opportunities.
