The Best Connection is currently recruiting for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Picker/Packer to join our client's busy warehouse operation based in Borough Green.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for long-term work, with the potential to secure a permanent position.

Pay Rate:

• £12.21 per hour
• Rising to £12.71 per hour from 1st April

Key Responsibilities:

• Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently
• Preparing goods for dispatch
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Maintaining a clean and organised warehouse environment
• Following health and safety procedures at all times

Requirements:

• Previous warehouse experience preferred
• Good attention to detail and ability to work at pace
• A valid FLT Counterbalance licence is desirable (but not essential)
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player
