Senior Mechanical Design Engineer

Join a pioneering motion control company redefining hydraulics through additive manufacturing and precision engineering. Based in Central Bristol, you will lead the full technical lifecycle of next-generation hardware in a high-growth, high-performance environment.

The Role

* Technical leadership of project teams, peer reviewing and mentoring other engineers.

* System layout, CAD design, and technical drawing for additive and subtractive manufacturing.

* Drive product and process improvements through deep technical analysis including FEA and CFD

* Manage the validation and industrialisation of designs at our local Technology Centre.

About You

*

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering.

*

5+ years' experience in a technical mechanical design role.

*

Proven ability to solve structural, thermal, and fluid flow challenges.

*

Experience in hydraulics, automotive, or aerospace industries.

*

High levels of grit, ownership, and a first-principles approach to engineering.
