We're on the lookout for an experienced Infrastructure Support Specialist to join a dynamic software company based in Shoreham-by-Sea. Reporting to the Customer Support Manager, you'll play a key role in maintaining and optimising our infrastructure operations. If you thrive in a Linux/Unix environment, have a knack for AWS and PostgreSQL, and enjoy solving complex technical puzzles.

As an Infrastructure Support Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

* Assisting with the daily management of infrastructure operations

* Troubleshooting and resolving support cases (including server crashes and memory issues)

* Administrating Active Directory for user and group management

* Working closely with internal teams to maintain system stability and performance

* Providing internal support for software and hardware issues

Requirements:

* Experience with AWS systems

* Experience in Linux administration

* Experience managing PostgreSQL databases

* Excellent communication skills both written and verbally

* Organisational skills

This is a full time permanent position working Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm based in Shoreham-by-Sea on an annual salary between £35,000 up to £40,000 (dependent on experience).
