The Role:
We're looking for a Fulfilment 3PL Account Manager to manage key customer accounts (worth over £2 million) at our Southam Fulfilment Centre. You'll be the main point of contact for clients, ensuring everything runs smoothly from goods coming in and out, to invoicing, planning, and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be the main contact for key clients, ensuring a top-quality service
• Manage customer orders, deliveries, and systems
• Handle weekly invoicing and cost tracking
• Support the rollout of new systems to improve operations
• Work with the planning team to meet delivery deadlines
• Look for ways to grow revenue by offering additional services
• Help set and manage pricing to improve profits
• Take part in team meetings and company workshops

• Confident decision-making and problem-solving
• Quick to learn and adapt to new systems
• Good Excel and general IT skills
• Positive, proactive, and keen to learn
• Able to work well with different teams
