Are you a passionate and dedicated SEN Teacher looking for flexibility, variety, and a rewarding role where you can truly make an impact?

We are seeking qualified and experienced SEN Teachers to work across a wide range of mainstream and specialist schools throughout Surrey, supporting pupils with diverse and complex needs including ASD, ADHD, MLD, SLD, SEMH, and more.

Whether you're looking for ad-hoc supply, a part-time teaching schedule, or a long-term/permanent role, we want to hear from you.

What We're Looking For:
✔ QTS or QTLS (UK-recognised teaching qualification)
✔ Proven experience teaching pupils with special educational needs
✔ Strong understanding of differentiated learning and EHCPs
✔ Ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively and empathetically
✔ A nurturing, adaptable, and resilient teaching approach

Your Role May Involve:

Delivering tailored lessons that support individual learning needs

Planning and assessing in line with SEN frameworks and curriculum targets

Working closely with support staff, SENCOs, and external professionals

Creating inclusive learning environments that encourage independence and confidence

Supporting both primary and secondary age groups, depending on placement
