Salary: £35000 - £40000/annum

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Registered Manager to work at an outstanding purpose built ten bedroom, residential care home set in landscaped gardens, providing 24-hour support for adults with a learning difficulty who may also have a physical disability. The home is registered outstanding with the Care Quality Commission and offers high quality accommodation and support tailored to meet individual needs.

This is an excellent opportunity for motivated Registered Manager who will take full responsibility for the day to day running of the service, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance and operational performance.

Key resonbilities include:
Leading and managing staff to deliver outstanding person-centred care
Ensure full compliance with all regulatory and safeguarding requirements
Drive quality, performance and occupancy levels
Manage budgets and resources effectively
Build positive relationships with families, professional and external stakeholders
Lead inspections and maintain excellent standards in line with regulatory frameworks

For this role of Registered Manager you will have proven experience or currently be a Deputy Manager ready to step up. You will have indepth knowledge of regulatory requirements and inspection frameworks to include CQC. With excellent leadership skills, communication and organised. The role requires someone who can drive performance and manage change effectively. You will have previous experience of staff development, supervision and team leadership with a sound understanding of safeguarding and person-centred care principles.

Qualifications required for the role include Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or at least be working towards it as a minimum requirement. Registration with the appropriate regulatory body or have the eligibiity to register (if you are currently in a Deputy role).
