On behalf of a franchised estate agents based in Raynes Park, Hawk Personnel are actively seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Negotiator to join our team. As a Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for assisting clients with buying and selling properties. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about property and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:- Assist clients in buying, and selling properties- Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to potential buyers- Negotiate offers between buyers and vendors- Prepare and complete all necessary paperwork and documentation- Coordinate property advertisements and marketing efforts- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the local property market- Provide excellent customer service to clients throughout the entire sales process- Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets

Qualifications:- Previous experience in property sales is preferred- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Multilingual abilities are a plus
