The Role:

Full-time SEMH Teacher role starting September 2025.

Work closely with a small group of children with SEMH needs, within or outside of a mainstream classroom.

Create tailored learning plans that support academic, social, and emotional progress.

Collaborate with the SENCO, support staff, and external agencies.

Foster a safe, structured, and nurturing learning environment.

Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

Be confident in designing and delivering individualised learning plans.

Be committed to making a lasting impact on pupils' learning and well-being.
