My client, a professional and fast-growing PR Consultancy based in the heart of the City are currently seeking a polished, friendly and proactive Receptionist to join their growing team. This is a new position that has become available, due to expansion within their division.
This is a temp - perm opportunity to start immediately!
Suited in beautiful offices, on an open and decorative floor, you will be working closely with another Receptionist in this busy and fast paced position.
Duties include but not limited to:
*Receiving incoming calls, filtering or referring appropriately
*Meeting and greeting clients, settling guests appropriately and informing host
*Meeting room management including managing the booking system, allocation of rooms, ensuring rooms are tidy and presentable at all times, liaising with the kitchen to arrange refreshments / lunch requirements, resolving meeting room conflicts, reporting maintenance issues promptly, liaising with the support teams to arrange set up of meeting rooms
*Managing travel bookings including international travel and ensuring all travel is kept within company travel policy
*Assisting in company administration e. assisting secretaries with support tasks where possible
*Any other ad hoc duties which might reasonably be assigned
*Confident, proactive and friendly individual.
*Proactive and able to think on their feet
*Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
The role is paying £23k on a permanent basis which would be pro rata into a temporary rate
