Our client, a reputable nationwide accident repair centre based in Thurrock, is seeking a highly skilled ATA MET Technician to join their successful team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced MET Technician looking to develop their career within a state-of-the-art bodyshop environment. Basic salary up to £59,443.02 per annum
Potential OTE of £70,000
Monday to Friday working schedule, no weekend shifts
47.5 hours per week

Conduct vehicle mechanical and suspension repairs to a high standard as an ATA MET Technician
Perform steering geometry alignment and adjustments
Carry out glazing and minor panel repairs
Prepare and prime panels to first masking stage
Evacuate and recharge vehicle air conditioning systems
Work with plastic repairs
Maintain a high productivity rate
Provide timely updates and communicate effectively with team members
Prioritise reworks and follow safety procedures diligentlyRequirements:

Previous experience as an ATA MET Technician in a busy bodyshop environment
Eye for detail and quality awareness
Strong communication skills and competent in reading and writing English
Ability to multitask efficiently
NVQ Level 3 or senior ATA accreditation preferred
Own tools and equipment
