We're on the lookout for an inspiring Registered Manager to take the helm of our warm and welcoming home in the heart of North Norfolk - a service supporting around 20 amazing individuals with learning disabilities.
This is more than just a job - it's an opportunity to shape lives, lead a dedicated team, and create a positive, empowering environment for both staff and residents.
What You'll Be Doing:
• Championing the day-to-day running of our learning disabilities service with compassion and confidence
• Leading and developing a team of passionate care professionals
• Creating person-centred care plans that truly reflect each resident's unique needs and goals
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and best practice standards
• Building strong relationships with families, healthcare professionals, and the local community
• Managing budgets, resources, and staffing effectively
• Driving continuous improvement and innovation in the quality of care
• Fostering a warm, inclusive, and respectful culture across the home
What You'll Bring:
• NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
• Proven leadership experience in a learning disabilities setting
• A deep understanding of the Care Act, Mental Capacity Act, and CQC regulations
• Natural leadership qualities with excellent communication and people skills
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
• A calm, compassionate approach with the ability to manage challenges with resilience
