Remove and refit vehicle components to manufacturer standards, ensuring high-quality repairs
Inspect vehicles for additional damage and communicate effectively with the Vehicle Damage Assessor
Store displaced parts securely for reinstallation as an MET Technician
Reassemble and align vehicles accurately following repairs and repainting
Adhere to company health and safety policies while maintaining tools and equipment
Ensure all work complies with industry standards and manufacturer specificationsRequirements:

Level 3 / ATA / IMI qualification (essential)
Proven experience as an MET Technician within a bodyshop or accident repair environment
Strong knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Trim disciplines
Excellent attention to detail with a methodical approach to repairs
Effective communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Full UK manual driving licence
