Multi-Site National Housebuilder
c. £160,000 pa + Generous Bonus & Benefits Package

The Role
Reporting to the CEO and leading a dedicated multi-site team, you will be responsible for the production, consolidation and delivery of financial information at both individual site, Divisional and Group level. This will include providing forecasts and meeting statutory requirements as well as overseeing the continued development of the company's financial and strategic planning systems.

The Person
Professionally qualified and computer literate, you will have gained your experience within a fast moving and forward thinking housebuilder or construction business, where you will have demonstrated an ability to support an ambitious senior leadership team to anticipate and meet the changing needs of the business and market, whilst demonstrating a determination that gets things done "right first time".

This is a challenging, high profile role, combining the need for a practical, hands-on finance professional, prepared to tackle fundamental operational issues, with the intellect and credibility to develop long term business objectives and to operate at the highest level within a dynamic, multi-site business and Group.
