Responsibilities:

* Produce, check and process incoming design drawing requests, technical documentation and technical calculations.

* Liaise with clients and Area Technical Managers.

* Deal with telephone and email enquiries.

* General administration.

* Keep up to date with flat roof waterproofing system construction.

* Keep up to date with Industry Codes of Practice & Building Regulations.

* Keep up to date with of Part L & Thermal Calculations.

Any other duties deemed necessary to meet the demands of the department and business, including:

* Assist within other areas of the Technical Department during any staff shortage.

* Be flexible to work additional hours as and when the need arises.

* Be flexible to work off site/attend meetings as required.

* Provide day to day support within the Department as the business demands.

Key skills:

* Basic level of CAD experience is essential.

* Good understanding of specification construction, survey reports and construction drawings.

* Ability to read and understand architectural drawings is essential
