Your Responsibilities:

Supervising social workers and providing clear instruction on casework
Undertake supervision of less experienced social workers & ASYE's
Deputise for the team manager
Work closely with other practice supervisors
Advise & supervise on complex casesRequirements:

Hold a professional Social Work qualification and registration (SWE)
Post-qualified experience ideally within Children Safeguarding
Clear, Enhanced DBS
Must Drive and have access to own vehicle
