What We’re Looking For

• NMC Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN or RNLD) with an active PIN.
• Experience working in a nursing home or similar residential setting.
• Strong understanding of dementia care and person-centred support.
• Confident in clinical assessments, medication administration, and safeguarding practices.
• Calm, proactive and able to work independently during night shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead safe and effective care throughout the night, ensuring residents feel secure, comfortable, and well-supported.
• Oversee medication management, care planning and clinical decision-making.
• Respond promptly to any changes in residents’ health needs.
• Collaborate with night care teams, offering guidance, coaching, and clinical expertise.
• Maintain high standards of documentation and uphold CQC compliance.
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues to promote a supportive community.
