About the role

The role of HR Advisor is hugely important within the Trust and the College. The individual will help bring to life our People Strategy by playing an instrumental role in providing generalist HR support to the College. They will be involved in employee relations queries, including, supporting the College with first and second tier disciplinary, capability and grievance procedures. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of recruitment, onboarding, pre-employment checks, payroll administration, as well as maintaining and updating the College’s Single Central Record and HR systems. ?
