As Assistant Manager, you'll support the Store Manager in delivering exceptional service, strong commercial results, and a positive, motivated team culture. You'll lead by example, helping to shape an environment where customers feel connected and employees feel inspired.

• Drive day-to-day store performance with a focus on exceptional service

• Motivate and develop the team to meet and exceed sales goals

• Ensure excellence in operational standards, stock processes, and visual merchandising

• Represent brand values with authenticity, professionalism, and energy

• Support recruitment, onboarding, and continuous team development

• Previous experience in retail leadership, ideally in premium fashion, lifestyle, or outerwear

• A natural communicator and coach who thrives on developing others

• Strong commercial awareness and confidence in making data-led decisions

• Passion for creating memorable customer experiences and building brand loyalty

• Adaptable, collaborative, and solutions-focused
