Intermediate Electrical Design Engineer

Location: Liverpool

Salary: £40,000

Hours: 36-hour, 4-day working week (Monday - Thursday or Tuesday - Friday)

The Role

As an Electrical Design Engineer, you'll play a key role within a supportive technical team, contributing to detailed design work, attending coordination meetings, and ensuring every project meets the highest industry standards.

You'll be involved in:

* Carrying out detailed electrical calculations using Amtech

* Creating and adapting lighting designs with DIALux

* Attending design and coordination meetings

* Conducting site surveys and producing detailed reports on electrical installations

* Preparing technical specifications and design drawings for tender and construction

About You

You'll bring:

* Experience in electrical building services design across a range of building types

* A collaborative mindset and confidence working on multiple projects to tight deadlines

* Strong working knowledge of current British Standards and relevant legislation
