My client is one of the major Mechanical & Electrical Contractors in the UK, renowned for delivering major Building Services schemes across various sectors including Commercial, Residential, Data Centres & Life Sciences.

They require a dynamic Mechanical Construction Manager to work on a major commercial Shell & Core project in the heart of London.

Management and delegation of works to sub-contractors
Health & Safety responsibility for mechanical operatives on site
Producing RAMS
Compiling weekly progress reports for senior management
Communicate efficiently with clients and suppliers to ensure the project will be completed on time.
Identify and rectify flaws various installations
Track and reduce the cost of labour whenever possible
