If so, we have the perfect role for you! At Aspire People, we are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic nursery practitioner for a brilliant setting within Milton Keynes. We need someone who isn't afraid to drive straight in and get stuck in with the day-to-day needs of the nursery and the children in their care. About the Role
As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play a key role in supporting the learners within the setting. You will work closely with the existing team and external bodies to ensure all pupils can access the EYFS curriculum, develop key life skills, and thrive in a supportive, nurturing environment. You will also be expected to observe, assess, and record children's progress, identifying any additional support needs as well as ensure all safeguarding, health, and safety procedures are followed at all times

What We're Looking For
The successful candidate will be:
* Qualified to at least CACHE/NVQ Level 2 in Early Childhood Studies (or relevant, equivalent study)
* Positive, proactive, and resilient, with a commitment to foundation education
* Genuinely passionate about working with children and developing children's emotional, physical, and social growth through play and structured learning
* A strong team player, able to build positive relationships with children, staff and necessary external bodies
* Calm, patient, and confident in managing varied behaviours and learning styles
