TRAINING ADMINISTRATOR

LOCATION: SOUTH CERNEY

SALARY: £26,200

JOB TYPE: PERMANENT

Key Responsibilities

Liaise with Directors and Managers to identify formal training needs and create training plans aligned with project requirements.

Support the identification of skills gaps within teams and propose appropriate training solutions.

Maintain and develop the relationship with the Supply Chain Sustainability School, ensuring uptake of relevant training opportunities (e.g., FIR Programme, Modern Slavery).

Record new starter qualifications and skills on the internal training database, ensuring all certificates and cards are documented.

Monitor and schedule all refresher training as required by the system.

Advise on project-specific and role-specific training needs.

Stay up to date with industry training requirements and regulations.

Act as the main point of contact for sourcing, booking, and scheduling training courses.

Compile site-specific training packs, ensuring all documents meet client quality standards.

Send joining instructions to delegates and track attendance at training sessions.

Develop and manage relationships with external training and medical providers.

Collate and review post-training feedback to evaluate training effectiveness.

Maintain an up-to-date database of training and medical providers.

Update internal training records following course completion.

Manage the training approval process and health assessment coordination.

Handle enquiries received via the Training phone line.

Additional Duties

Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Represent and uphold the organisation's professional image in all interactions.

Perform any additional tasks appropriate to the role and level of responsibility, as required.
