Registered Manager | Adult Mental Health | Full Time
Location: North Kent region
Salary: Up to £35,000 including bonuses
Hours: Monday to Friday, full-time

We're hiring a confident Registered Manager to take the lead at a small, well-established adult service based in the North Kent region.

This role needs someone who is grounded, calm under pressure, and experienced in running services where consistency and compassion matter. The service is settled, the support needs are low-level, and the team is experienced; they need the right leadership to keep things on track.

As the Registered Manager, you'll:

* Lead and develop a close-knit care team

* Maintain high standards across care, compliance, and audits

* Support service users with long-term mental health needs

* Manage day-to-day operations, including rotas, planning, and liaising with external professionals

* Foster a calm, supportive, person-centred culture

To be considered, you'll need to show:

* Experience leading or deputising within a CQC regulated adult social care setting

* A strong understanding of mental health conditions such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and personality disorders

* Confident team management, including staff supervision, rota planning, and performance oversight

* Up-to-date knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding, and risk management

* A Level 5 qualification in Leadership & Management (or working towards it)

* Emotional resilience, a steady leadership style, and the ability to build trust quickly with staff, service users, and professionals

* The confidence to step into a Registered Manager post if you've been a Deputy but haven't officially held the title yet
