Job Duties:

Provide support and assistance to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a classroom setting.
Implement individualised learning plans and strategies as directed by the class teacher.
Assist with classroom management and behaviour support for SEN students.
Support students with personal care needs if required.Required Qualifications:

Experience working with SEN students in an educational setting.
Good understanding of SEN strategies and interventions
Effective communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.Experience:

Prior experience working with SEN students in an educational setting.Knowledge and Skills:

Knowledge of SEN strategies and interventions
Effective communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other staff members.Preferred Qualifications:

Additional training or qualifications in specific areas of SEN support
