Production Operative / Machine Operative - £12.21 per hour - Rotating Shifts (6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm) - Temp to Perm

We are proud to be recruiting on behalf of a world-renowned food product manufacturer based in Tiptree.

We are seeking a reliable and flexible Production Operative for a temporary to permanent role. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to join a respected company with long-term prospects.

Shift Pattern:

Rotating Shifts: 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm (Weekdays Only)

Pay Rate:

£12.21 per hour (great shift allowance once perm)

Weekly pay

Key Duties of the Production Operative Will Include:

Supporting the smooth operation of the production line

Packing and preparing finished products for dispatch

Assisting with the manufacturing process

Pre-cutting ingredients prior to production

Loading and unloading items on the line

Quality checking and packaging products

Providing support to Skilled and Machine Operatives

Carrying out general production and factory tasks

No previous experience required - just a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn.But experience in Food Manufacturing and Production would be an advantage
