EYFS Teaching Assistant - Central Stockport

Tradewind Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced and nurturing EYFS Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in central Stockport. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated individual with a passion for early years education and supporting children with additional needs.

The Role:

• Supporting children within an EYFS setting
• Working closely with the class teacher to deliver the EYFS curriculum
• Providing targeted support for pupils with SEND
• Assisting with phonics, early development, and play-based learning
• Creating a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment

The Ideal Candidate:

• Has previous experience working within a school, ideally in EYFS
• Has strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum
• Has experience supporting children with SEND
• Is patient, caring, and able to build strong relationships with pupils
• Demonstrates excellent communication and teamwork skills
