Mayfield Recruitment are currently looking for a SEN Assistant Head Teacher in the Leicestershire area on a permanent basis. The position will be working with 5- 19 year olds so the candidate must have proven experience in a managerial role working with ASC.
Job description for the SEN Assistant Head Teacher position
• Lead and manage daily operations at the base, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Oversee staff management, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and development of team members.
• Monitor operational budgets and ensure cost-effective practices are in place.
• Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
• Address any operational issues promptly and effectively, implementing solutions as necessary.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, promoting a safe working environment for all employees.
Essential experience for the SEN Assistant Head Teacher:
• Proven experience in a managerial role within an operational setting is essential.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
• Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions based on operational metrics.
• Proficient in using various software applications relevant to operational management.
