Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with additional needs? A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Birmingham is looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team, supporting pupils with special educational needs on a 1:1 and small group basis.

Your Role Will Include:

Providing 1:1 support to pupils with EHCPs and specific learning needs
Delivering small group interventions to boost confidence and progress
Assisting with classroom activities and adapting resources for individual needs
Supporting children with communication, emotional regulation and social development
Working closely with class teachers and the SENCO to monitor progressThe Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Previous experience supporting SEN children in a primary setting
A calm, patient, and nurturing approach
Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships
