We're partnering with a global enterprise software provider delivering mission-critical warehouse, order and asset management platforms to major retail and supply chain organisations worldwide. Their technology underpins core operational environments across international markets.

This is an opportunity to join a high-performing Professional Services team delivering impactful projects for tier-one customers.

The Role:

As Project Manager, you will take ownership of customer software implementation and upgrade projects from initiation through to go-live.

You'll manage multiple concurrent projects, acting as the primary day-to-day contact for clients, ensuring delivery against agreed scope, time and budget, while maintaining strong customer relationships and commercial control.

What You'll Be Doing:

Delivery & Execution

  • Lead end-to-end software implementation and upgrade projects
  • Manage scope, schedules, budgets and deliverables
  • Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams across multiple locations

Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the primary delivery contact for customers
  • Lead project meetings, reporting and milestone sign-offs
  • Build trusted, long-term client relationships

Risk, Change & Commercial Control

  • Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle
  • Manage formal scope and change control processes
  • Track financials, forecasting and billable activity

Continuous Improvement

  • Apply structured delivery methodologies (PRINCE2, PMP, PMQ or similar)
  • Contribute to delivery process improvements
  • Support go-lives, including occasional evening or weekend work where required

Experience:

  • 3-5+ years' experience delivering customer-facing software or IT implementation projects
  • Experience working in software, technology or professional services environments
  • Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and tracking financials
  • Experience working within structured governance frameworks and Agile/hybrid delivery models
  • Formal PM certification (PRINCE2, PMP, PMQ, MSP or equivalent) preferred

Desirable

  • Enterprise or tier-one client delivery experience
  • Exposure to supply chain, warehouse or operational systems
