Shift Pattern

8pm - 6am

Tuesday - Saturday

Due to the expansion of our fleet and restructure of our workshop shift patterns to meet future demands we now have a fantastic opportunity for a HGV Technician .This is an excellent opportunity for someone who can step straight into the role and make an immediate impact.

Rewards

* salary 40k to 44k

* Overtime paid at time plus quarter

Responsibilities

* You will be fully competent in conducting HGV / Trailer safety inspections and MOT preparation to achieve VOSA compliance and have a strong grounding in HGV electrical and hydraulic systems.

* Able to achieve timely completion of tasks and give accurate updates whilst remaining focused and calm under pressure.

* Keeping detailed records of repairs, inspections, and testing.

Requirements

* As valued members of our team you will bring with you experience and enthusiasm and be qualified to City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 in the repair and servicing of HGV's.

* Have good communication skills and show attention to detail in all aspects of inspection, repair and testing documentation.

* Can work independently and as part of a team.
