🔁 Shift Rotation (Weekly, Backwards):

Night Shift: 23:00-07:00
*
Afternoon Shift: 15:00-23:00
*
Morning Shift: 07:00-15:00
💷 Pay & Benefits:

£12.58/hour starting pay
*
Pay increase to £13.07/hour after 6 months (upon going permanent)
*
Structured progression path: Grade 4 → Grade 1 → Shift Leader
*
Ongoing work with permanent opportunities

Experience in manual work, factory or production environments

Comfortable working with machinery and industrial smells (resin-based environment)
