Our client supports service-users along a recovery pathway using relationshipcentred, best practice interventions and supports individuals to improve their quality of life whilst working towards their personal goals. Service-user outcomes are measured using recognised assessment tools which allow us to evidence our objective of enabling individuals to move towards living in the least restrictive setting possible

Position Overview: You will be responsible for managing the performance of the occupational therapy team, providing professional support and leadership. You will manage a small clinical caseload comprising of service users from across the organisation, completing assessments, intervention and evaluation of treatment.

Key Responsibilities:

* You will offer clinical leadership within the multidisciplinary team and represent a senior professional voice within the integrated care team.

* You will work with service-users delivering person-centered care, working with individuals towards community integration, balancing safety and therapeutic risk taking.

* You will promote recovery principles with the aim of improving quality of life and achieving maximum independence with each service user.

What We're Looking For:

* You must have HCPC registration to work as an occupational therapist.

* We are looking for a dynamic individual with a genuine passion for working with people who have severe and enduring mental health diagnoses, with a similar enthusiasm for supporting staff to deliver exceptional and innovative services.

* You must be able to work core hours, predominantly 09:00-17:00, with a usual working week of Monday-Friday.
