Align Strategic, a leader in SMB recruitment solutions, sales hiring, and sales strategy development in North America is looking for exceptional sales performers to sell our sales recruiting solutions to CEOs and business owners in North America.

You must have prior success selling high-ticket products and services to CEOs and owners of SMB companies in a competitive market with a fairly short sales cycle against tremendous competition.

You thrive on being the underdog and live to displace the competition with business value. You have the ability to orchestrate a custom business solution with C-level executives and willful business owners. You build strong, long lasting, profitable relationships.

You excel at hunting, finding, navigating, and closing new opportunities.

You have a bias toward action and are skillful at helping prospects take action to solve their problems.

You are relatable and compelling in your sales approach and possess the ability to craft a solution that solves for the goals and priorities of the prospect and project.

You are skillful at understanding, articulating, and offering value for prospects and customers.

You are an excellent problem solver, a goal-oriented high achiever, and a hard worker.

You are a dedicated hunter who is as motivated by the success of the journey as you are by winning the deal.

Our ideal Commercial Sales Associate must possess:

You must be a highly motivated self-starter, an over-achiever, and work well without supervision and as part of a team. You must be willing to travel occasionally and have prior sales earnings of at least $80,000, in a heavy commission variable compensation plan to be considered. Year 1 OTE is $106,000. Top performers can earn $250,000+ Experience with business solutions sales, commercial cell phone sales, commercial broadband sales, PEO, payroll, recruiting sales helpful but not required.
