AR/AP & Administrative Clerk

Job Description

Our company is currently seeking ​an AP/AR & Administrative Clerk to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for our company. 


  • Obtain primary financial data for accounting records
  • A/P accounting duties including entering bills in QuickBooks, matching item receipts against purchase orders & making payment to vendors via credit card or check
  • Providing weekly A/P and A/R reports
  • Track and enter company credit card charges
  • A/R and customer interface; billing and collections
  • Verify and post details of financial business transactions
  • Update spreadsheets with customer project contract status
  • Assist purchasing department with creation of purchase orders & vendor follow-up
  • Compute and record numerical data 
  • Check the accuracy of business transactions
  • Perform data entry and administrative duties 


  • 2 years experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
  • Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Strong communication skills - written and verbal
  • CRM experience a plus
