Salary: 45000 - 50000

Elevation Recruitment Group are recruiting a Transformation and Improvement Project Manager for a business based in Goole.
To be considered for the role you must have a background in Continuous Improvement, Six Sigma and/or Lean.

The successful candidate will be expected to take the lead with business stakeholders and to document, assess and review existing processes.
You will have proven ability to work across various functions and disciplines to improve output and efficiency throughout the business.

Duties & Responsibilities Include:

* Improve efficiency and implement key processes throughout the business
* Work closely with internal stakeholders to interpret, design and implement end-to-end business improvement and technical solutions
* Help to de-risk processes through automation
* Liaise with stakeholders in order to maintain and improve upon key relationships
* Define problems and create solutions for new projects via requirement gathering, identifying requirements and validating both functional and non-functional needs
* Create specifications based on finding and presenting these to key members as and when needed
* Perform gap analysis and impact assessments along with a root cause analysis of issues
* Utilise data to make fact-based decisions for business improvement
* Make and drive process design and development recommendations to standardise, improve, or redesign processes to meet business needs
* Coordinate with process owners and technology owners to define technology requirements to support the process strategy and deployment
* Ability to track and communicate the status of business initiative projects to all senior levels
* Support relevant parties in making business decisions relating to system implementation, modification, maintenance, etc.

* Run continuous improvement workshops and promote and coach a culture of continuous improvement across the business
* Work closely with the ERP Programme Team to deliver the best business optimisation solutions, including automation and digitisation of processes

* Background in Continuous Improvement / Six Sigma and/or Lean
* Experience of ITIL Principles and Processes
* Experience of simplifying and standardising business processes and workflows
* Proven stakeholder management experience
* Experience of delivering business process improvement activities
* Experience of working within a project and/or agile environment with an understanding of the fundamentals of project management principles
* Excellent communication with the ability to present information to a wide audience
