As a key member of their commercial team, you’ll take ownership of cost management across vital projects from tender to final account, ensuring commercial success and lasting client relationships.

• Managing all QS responsibilities across live civil engineering projects

• Preparing and reviewing cost plans, valuations, variations, and final accounts

• Supporting contract negotiation and subcontractor procurement

• Identifying and managing commercial risks and opportunities

• Collaborating closely with project teams to ensure budgets and timelines are met

• Producing accurate cost reporting and forecasting

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in civil engineering/infrastructure

• Sound knowledge of NEC or similar contract frameworks

• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills

• HNC/Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field

• A proactive, can-do attitude and a genuine passion for delivering excellence
