We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioner to join our friendly and supportive team. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering outstanding early years education and care in line with the EYFS framework.

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality care and education to children aged [insert age range]

Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS

Support children's learning and development through observation, assessment, and planning

Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues

Ensure a safe, secure, and inclusive environment at all times

Maintain accurate records and contribute to children's learning journeys

Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery policies and procedures

Work effectively as part of a team

Requirements

Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (e.g., CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent)

Sound knowledge of the EYFS framework

Understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures

Previous experience working in an early years setting (preferred)

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

A positive, caring, and enthusiastic attitude
