About the Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Social Worker to join our Children in Need (CIN) Team in South Ipswich. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children and families while working in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities - Undertake comprehensive assessments to identify needs and risks.
- Hold and manage a caseload of Children in Need (CIN) and Child Protection (CP) cases.
- Work collaboratively with families and partner agencies to deliver positive outcomes.
- Provide guidance and mentoring to junior team members.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and maintain accurate records.
About You - Qualified Social Worker with Social Work England registration.
- Strong experience in CIN and CP casework.
- Excellent communication, assessment, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage complex cases and work under pressure.
