Technical Service Manager

Location: Tadworth - KT20
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm
Salary: Up to £60,000

We're recruiting for a Technical Service Manager to lead a high-performing engineering team on a key site. You'll oversee five engineers and work closely alongside a non-technical Contract Manager—acting as their technical right hand and a trusted advisor.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support the on-site engineering team, ensuring top-level performance and compliance

Take ownership of asset management, forward planning, and strategic improvements

*

Act as the lead technical authority, supporting the Contract Manager with all engineering-related matters

*

Foster strong relationships with both the team and the client

*

Drive a proactive approach to maintenance, operations, and service delivery
